Description

As employers begin returning workers to work in their physical offices during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are many things to consider and many pitfalls to avoid. This transition is one that must be done strategically, taking into account legislation (existing and new) as well as best practices for employees and the company at large.This presentation will discuss legal requirements with which employers must abide, employee rights, and employer rights and responsibilities.
